Refund Policy

NAVIGATE FOOD SAFETY SOLUTIONS INC., on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries will hereinafter be referred to as “Navigate”. 

 

Online Training 

 

If you have any questions, need additional information or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact training@navigatefoodsafety.com. Navigate's online training can be refunded within 7 days of the purchase date provided the customer has not accessed the online training. Request a refund at training@navigatefoodsafety.com. 

 

Online Masterclass

If you have paid in full for our Masterclass and are dissatisfied with your purchase,
please contact training@navigatefoodsafety.com. Navigate’s online Masterclasses can be refunded for the modules customers haven’t accessed. Request a refund at training@navigatefoodsafety.com.
