Sheena
Alex provides his expertise in a direct and intentful manner. This makes working with him a productive delight.
Josh
Working with Alex, I realized he doesn't propose quick and easy fixes. He takes a step back, analyses the entire situation, and arrives at the right solution for the long term. He's like a strategic consultant, except that he moves fast and drives an implementable solution rather than a report.
Matthieu
Food safety can be intimidating however, Alex can provide you the facts and confidence to get through the uncertainties.
Erin
Alex is less concerned about making documentation to appease an auditor and more concerned about helping you identify and document the process that helps you, as the process owner, achieve a better outcome.
A good process produces good results and that history of good outcomes builds the team's confidence in your processes.
When you know your process meets the requirements of the standard, works for you, and provides good outcomes – you have the confidence to take auditor feedback and determine whether it is a true gap that needs improving or an opinion to a different approach.
