DETERMINING CRITICAL CONTROL POINTS (CCPS)
This online HACCP training is an interactive, self-paced course that walks you through the necessary steps to identify and implement Critical Control Points in your HACCP Plan.
The second course in our HACCP series, High-Risk HACCP picks up where The Basics of HACCP leaves off and walks the learner through CCP determination, Critical Limits, Monitoring Procedures, Corrective Action, and Verification. Through a combination of video lessons, short exercises, practical tools, and case studies the learner will progress to building a sample Master Plan. This 2-hour training is ideal for food safety and quality assurance teams in high-risk food manufacturing facilities.
This course includes a printable certificate as a Record of Training Completion.
