Payment

How can I pay for the training?

You can securely pay online with your credit card. If you would like to discuss other payment options, contact us.

Will there be tax added to the list price?

No, there will not be tax added to the price listed.
Applicable taxes are included.

How will I receive confirmation of my payment?

You will receive a receipt at the email address you provide during the registration process.
If you are purchasing in Canada, your invoice will include tax details.

What is your refund policy?

You can request a refund at training@navigatefoodsafety.com. Our online courses can be refunded within 7 days of the purchase date provided you have not accessed the course.

Logistics

How will I receive confirmation of my course registration?

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after completing your transaction with the details of your purchase.

How do I obtain access to the training?

You will receive an email from training@navigatefoodsafety.com with a link to the course within a few minutes of completing your transaction.

How much time do I have to complete the training?

You have one full year to complete the training. Your access will expire after one year from the date of purchase.

Platform

Is the platform only in English?

No. The default language is English but you'll be able to change the default text on the website into multiple languages.
Note that this will not change the language of course contents!

Can I go back to previous lessons?

Yes. You have access to all course contents for a full year after your purchase date. You can go back to previous lessons as often as you like, and it will not affect your course progress unless you click “Mark Incomplete.”

Certificate

Do the courses provide certificates?

Yes, our courses award printable certificates to serve as a Record of Training Completion.

How do I access my course certificate?

Once you’ve completed all required lessons for a course, you will be issued a training certificate. You can access the certificate from within the course on the training platform.
