This training will help you better understand how HACCP relates specifically to your role. The better you understand, the better you'll be at keeping products safe and avoiding red tape.
HACCP is also the language of food safety. The better you understand it, the more comfortable you'll feel speaking the language of HACCP internally and with third parties!

How is this different from other HACCP courses?
Traditional HACCP training is often super technical and focused on high-risk processes, leading to unnecessary complication and poor execution.
This training focuses on the basics everybody needs to know about HACCP. It won't overwhelm you with unnecessary information. It's simple, practical, and task-based and not heavily focused on theory.
The lessons are presented in straightforward language that Supervisors and Keen Operators can understand.
